This guitar is extremely basic, for the young beginner – it’s a kids size, 3/4 the size of a regular guitar. Pyle is a great brand – keeps it tuning, and sounds really nice. It’s made out of real wood, not plastic – and it has nylon strings, which makes it easier to play. Great buy for only $80

This GUITAR is a great purchase for the older child, or adult, needing the full size guitar (meaning, it looks like a normal guitar). The Donner brand is definitely a lower brand, but it sounds nice, and looks great! Plus, the spruce top and mahogany body deliver a rich, warm, and clear sound with a great, balanced tone.

The YAMAHA is pro brand – they’ve been around for years, and their known for great instruments; they are not the best, of course, but they are solid instruments. Also, the Yamaha brand is a “real” brand – meaning, this brand is sold in a professional music store (not just a Walmart). The FG800J’s solid spruce top and large body yields a bright, balanced tone and bold low-end projection. This is definitely a favorite!

The TAYLOR brand is one of the top makers of guitars – known for their rich tones, cool looks, and professional quality. This is a childs size, but it is also great for the adult wanting a quick “go-to” guitar; also, perfect for traveling. Awesome sound in a compact design! It costs a little more – but it is definitely worth it!
